As a Social Media and Google Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various social media platforms and Google Ads. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid marketing strategies for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and Google Ads.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
